  1. Cash
    Cash payment can be made at Indo.net counters at Menara Dea and Gedung Cyber from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00; and on Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. Likewise, you can also pay at our subnets from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

  2. Bank Transfer
    Please transfer your payment to the following account:

    Bank Ekonomi Rahardja, Suryopranoto branch

    In the 'message' column on the transfer slip, please specify your email address or customer number.

  3. Cash at Bank Ekonomi
    To make the payment process easier, we are partnering with Bank Ekonomi to provide you with cash-payment facility at Bank Ekonomi counters. This service is available whether or not you are a Bank Ekonomi customer.

    Simply visit any of Bank Ekonomi branch offices and fill out a payment slip for Internet services payment, paying attention to the following:

    1. Check indo.net on the 'ISP' field,
    2. Specify customer number in 'Customer number' field.
    3. Specify amount of payment in 'Cash' field.
    4. Define you email address in 'email address' field.

  4. ATM
    Indo.net is also partnering with BCA and Bank Ekonomi to provide you with ATM payment point. In order to enjoy this service, you have to have an account at either bank. For more information on this service, please click the following links:

  5. BCA Internet Banking
    For BCA customers, we provide payment facility via BCA Internet banking. For 24 hours. Please click here for more details.

  6. Autodebet at Bank Ekonomi
    If you happen to be a customer of Bank Ekonomi, now you can enjoy automatic debit; your account will be automatically deducted by the amount of your bill.

    Here are the terms and conditions:

    1. Indonet customers have an account at Bank Ekonomi.
    2. Contact customer service at Bank Ekonomi and fill out an auto-debit form for Indonet payment.
    3. Enclose billing statement for the last month.
    4. Enclose a copy of your KTP or SIM.

  7. Credit Card
    There are two ways to pay with credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and BCA), first by direct payment at Menara Dea, and by automatic billing every month. For auto debit please contact our Customer Care at (021) 527 1845 or email to billing@indo.net.id

  8. Citibank 1 Bill
    Citibank credit-card holders now can pay their bills with Citibank 1 Bill. For more information, please call 24-hour CitiPhone Banking at (021) 252-9999 (Jakarta), (022) 420-9999 (Bandung), (031) 561-9999 (Surabaya).
