Indo.net focuses on providing customers needs and wants by delivering reliable Internet services in a wide array of customized packages. Such converged focus is a fruit of incorporation of extensive experience, immense resources, and technical might in managing the complexity of networking technology.

The fact that we are able to maintain our position throughout the years, amid the uncertainties and various downfalls in the ISP arena, is attributed to the following strengths:

Network

Indo.net is equipped with an all-encompassing Internet network that connects 34 cities across Indonesia with more than 100 points of presence in buildings and apartments, and 2500 access lines. The network capacity is deliberately designed to increase incrementally as the connection payload grows.

Backbone

Our backbone capacity is built on the power of a number of international ISP links, assuring reliable and fast internet connection. The traffic is under constant monitoring by our network operation center for 24 hours a day, with total backbone capacity plan of 107 Mbps by end of year 2004.

Data Center

With the acquistion of PT. Globahostnet assets in Dec 2003, we now have a data-center with a world class standard. Our data center is also available in all major cities through out the country. The advent of the new data centers enables you to fulfill your IT requirements in an fast and cost-effective manner.

Customer service

Our customer care personnel are readily available to assist customers at anytime day and night - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - to solve directed complaints and answer all questions.

Innovation

In addition to being the first ISP in the country, Indonet is also recognized as being always ahead of others in providing extra but necessary value-added services to customers. Our specialized products such as Anti Virus, Anti Spam, and Access Guard are developed to improve the convenience and efficiency of your Internet communications - via browser, email, or instant messenger. Determined to presenting you the best there are available, we are constantly innovating and seeking for new ideas.

World Wide Access

Partnering with GRIC, a global remote access service provider, we provide extra convenience and cost saving for our clients when travel to overseas. GRIC's TierOne Network™ includes more than 40,000 wired and wireless access points in approximately 150 countries. This includes approximately 10,000 "mobile broadband" access points - Wi-Fi and hotel Ethernet, as well as thousands of fixed broadband access points
